Slice Eng Copperhead fan shroud & mount

Bought a Slice Engineering Copperhead a while ago and finally got to installing. However, needed a part cooling fan shroud and couldn't find one that fit my needs on my Tronxy X5S, but I did find one that I thought could be a good starting point. However, as I didn't have have means to mount it, I designed a mounting frame that mounts to the hotend and the fan shroud is mounted to it with M3 bolt.

I did have to modify the original shroud as the original angle of the fan would have caused a collision to Tronxy frame so I changed that.

Source (OpenSCAD) can be found here: https://github.com/spegelius/3DModels/tree/master/PrinterParts/Copperhead

Print Settings

Printer:

FrankenCube

Rafts:

No

Supports:

No

Resolution:

200

Infill:

20

Filament:
Any PETG
Any

Notes:

I printed this in GreenTec Pro, which should be able to withstand temperatures up to 160C. However, PETG and ABS should be fine for the shroud and the frame might work even with PLA.

Post-Printing =============
Assembly

Afte printing the parts should be pretty much ready to go.
The original Copperhead 2.5mm bolts are bit too short so you'll need to get 16mm M2.5 bolts.
Also needed:

2x M3 nuts

1x 12mm M3 bolt

1x 8-10mm M3 bolt

2x 20+mm M3 bolts

Category: 3D Printer Parts
