This is a mount for DC42's Differential Modulated IR probe. In my opinion this is the best z probe on the market. It doesnt have a pin to bend or break like a bltouch. It has no servors requiring extra wiring and coding. This plugs in just like a switch endstop, only extra is a power wire which most if not all endstop ports on mainboards have a power output to use. I print on a Longer orange 10 resin printer. It is very quick to print. basic print setting will work. I print flat on the plate its easy to remove with a scrapper. you will need to drill out the screw holes for the fan and then tap the sensor mount holes with a 3mm tap. I would imagine it would print with PLA or other fdm filament. I just use resin because its quick and easy. prints in 15-25 min.
