All that is needed to upgrade your hotend on your Seemecnc Artemis or SE300 Effector with the Glorious, Amazing SLICE ENGINEERING COPPERHEAD hotend. Tired of stripping out your heater blocks? Messing with Heatbreaks, Jams or bad heating? Upgrade to a Slice Engineering Copper Block... add a Vanadium Nozzle for long lasting hotend that won't need tweaking or servicing. I believe in Slice because they are good people, made in America and their products are second to no one. Ask anyone. You need 3 of these... This will position the fans to point at the nozzle and not the heater block. You can use the factory heater and thermistor too, although i suggest going to a Slice Thermistor and 50w heater. On a 12v system you need all the help you can get to get up to temp. Take three parts printed in PETG or PLA or HTPLA, don't take the effector off the printer. Don't unplug anything. Unscrew all three effector screws, unhook the fan plugs to the PCB carefully, then slide this part over fan plug with the "step" facing down and towards the center. Then carefully plug the fans back in, and loosely attach the screws... once all the fans are plugged back in, and the screws are started, then tighten them up. MAKE SURE there are NO gaps, wires pinched etc. Really look closely. This spacer should allow you redo the mesh leveling and clear the bed clips. Re-run the routine to set your z height and offset. Enjoy.
