Sliceform Cube

Sliceform Cube

thingiverse

About 25 years ago I was introduced to Sliceforms by John Sharp, and since then I have created many paper and card sliceforms. When I purchased a 3D printer, making Sliceforms seemed like a natural fit. The cube is the most straightforward design because all its pieces are identical, requiring only 18 identical parts. Because of the thickness of the print, the shape does not flatten as easily as a paper model would, but it has a pleasing texture and makes interesting sounds.
