I designed this 3-piece lame, after having struggled with figuring out what worked the best for me for scoring my bread before baking. A standard razorblade fits (roughly 22mm x 43mm) (I use Wilkinson Sword). The blade is fully adjustable and can be angled from 0 deg - 190 deg. At 0 deg it is fully hidden inside the shaft and storage/drawer safe. Can be fully operated with one hand. Just turn release the blade with your thumb, then slide the blade to the wanted position and then fasten the blade. Slice - Ready - Bake. And no cut fingers in the drawer. For the assembly; 1 x m5x12 hexagonal head bolt 1 x m5 nut 1 x razor blade (Wilkinson Sword)
