Sliding Door Security Lock Bar Latch

Sliding Door Security Lock Bar Latch

The original latch for my sliding door security lock bar wore out over a couple of years. This is a simple replacement. Alternate Printables Link: https://www.printables.com/model/269280-sliding-door-security-lock-bar-latch Printed with PLA+ on an i3 Mega, using Simplify3D with the following settings: No Supports; 25% infill; I can't remember layer height, but I wouldn't print it greater than than .18; 4500 mm/min; 5mm retraction; Everything else default. There was a little post-processing work under the hooks, but not much. Overall, it's handled service for 2 weeks now showing no signs of issues. The print in the picture had the screw holes 1mm closer together. With that distance, the screws had to drive in at an angle. The model I've uploaded has increased that distance, and should have resolved the problem. However, I haven't printed the updated version yet. Absolute worst case, if I overshot, the screws will have to drive in at the opposite angle.
