Sliding Shed Door Trolley (Treco Victa Cyclone etc)

There is a common sliding door for sheds, that utilises a plastic roller enclosed in a conduit. The replacement part is very expensive, so I made a printable shuttle which reuses the original roller. I feel the original part is poorly designed, so I made the following improvements: - In the original, there is a narrow point of plastic on the bridge. If the shed door is impacted, this part is an easy point of failure, causing the door to fall from the hanger. This happened to two sliders in my shed. I Increased the material thickness at this point. - In the original, the wheel is held at the aped of a triangle. That triangle top breaks easily if it collides with something in the conduit (eg mounting screws). This happened to one of the shuttles on my shed. To fix this issue the top of the shuttle is no longer triangular. - In the original, the sides are fairly square. This causes excess friction when sliding the shed door. To fix this I rounded the edges contacting the lower part of the conduit. Testing my design against the original, I find my shuttle moves significantly easier.
