Use max 0,4mm Nozzle with 0,1mm layer height, otherwise thread is not high resolving enough. If possible check the avoid crossing holes function in your slicer. I recommend ABS, Nylon or PETG for printing. With a slightly flexible filament (not PLA) it could be also screwed on other M10 threads. The more segments you print, the more effective it gets. You might need glue for assembling!
