I made this to fit a slim optical disc drive and a 3.5" flash card drive to a single 5.25" slot in a computer case that has very little room. It seemed impossible to find such an adapter as commercial product even on the Internet. There was one but it was sold out everywhere. Everything installs nicely in place because I fine tuned some measurements after first prototype. Should work with any computer case and 3.5" external drive, but I am not so sure about the slim ODD (some might have different screw locations and sizes than mine.)
