Slip-In Badge/ID/RFID Holder | ISO/IEC 7810 ID-1

A simple slip-in holder for ISO/IEC 7810 ID-1 type cards, such as credit cards and US ID badges, or other cards about 53.98 x 85.60 mm sized. Post-Printing Glue Model One of these models requires you to glue two halves together. The halves are different, one with a lip near the inside of the frame, and one with a lip near the outside of the frame. A specific glue is not required, but the glue should be applied to theouter portions of the 90° crevice on the half with the lip nearer to the inside of the badge. This is so that the glue does not seep into the frame of the badge holder, stopping you from sliding your badge or RFID device in and out of the frame, any excess glue escaping from the outer seam where it can be wiped away while wet, or sanded away while dry. This version of the badge holder does not have a front or a back side. The two halves have been given a negative tolerance of 0.1mm (100 microns) to allow space for the glue to sit Snap-Together Model This model does not require any glue, and should snap together. However, the two snaps on the lower portion of the badge holder need to be hooked in before the other snaps. This will require you to bend the model slightly. Be careful not to over-bend. Original Model The original model prints as a single piece, but according to other users who have printed the original, it's too difficult to print the model. The original should only be printed if you have dissolvable filament, or you've god mad skills with a razor knife. REVISIONS Rev One - Original Too Hard To Print; Added More Versions Since, I don't own my own 3D printer, I couldn't do a test print, and it has come to my attention that the previous versions of the badge holder were too dificult to print properly (it is still currently included in the Thing files). I have made two extra versions of the file, one that needs both halves to be glued to one another, and another "tooless" version that snaps together. Please be aware that I still consider this model to be "Work In Progress". If you decide to print or remix these, please post your work and give me your feedback so I can improve the models. Thanks.
