This thing was made with Tinkercad. Edit it online https://tinkercad.com/things/aSbUxa4PsIj This version fixes the initial error where the line between the two arms was too thin. Instructions I started with an svg in inkscape and then made three layers (the base, the cutting part, and the detail part) and added them at different heights in tinkercad.
