I am uploading this now because I can't find the time to finish it but I did a lot of work by now. Maybe someone else is faster than me in fine tuning this thing. The progress I had is documented in my blog: blog.krieft.de I partly used older screenshots as images, for example you can see my old z-axis mechanism in some of them. Instructions Besides the obvious parts, you will need an axial bearing and ptfe-tape for the vat floor. I will add further information depending on the amount of feedback I get here. I did not print/test the printed stage holder because it uses a lot of plastic. There is a quite a bit of force on the part when the printed part sticks to the vat floor. Take care about that when configuring your infill. I recommend building it from aluminium angles. I did not test the tilt-mechnanism in action either. I just mounted it and it worked but I am not sure if it will help releasing the printed part from the vat floor. I think I will upload some more images tomorrow.
