I needed a slotted disc for a speed sensor/optical rotary encoder I'm working on. It seemed like a good time to poke at openscad and break out the customizer. Don't worry that it looks sloppy in the customizer preview. It renders nice and clean. Ha. I looked all over for one before I started, and of course now that I've published this one, I find someone who did it better, earlier: Check out jwick123's http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1679204 if you want a much more configurable version with various shaft mounts/set screw holes/etc. Print Settings Printer Brand: Printrbot Printer: Simple Black Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: Meh Infill: Whatever Notes: I'd use a dark filament. Translucent and white seemed to allow enough IR through to cause me grief, but I could probably adjust that in code...
