These are dividers used in slotted grooved four section trays (L*sta) for storing drill bits and taps and dies. Drill dividers have drill size on top with decimal equivalent on bottom. All Letters and numbers are raised and at an angle for easy viewing. There are Numbered drills, Fractional drills, and Lettered drills. Tap dividers have tap size and thread count, with suggested drill size on bottom. There are UNC (Unified National Coarse) and UNF (Unified National Fine) thread.
