Slotted lids

My sister wanted to print some lids with slots to put coins into. At this point, she didn't know which container she wanted to print, and jokingly suggested I just do all of them. Using dimensions from the U.S. Mint, I put some slots in that should fit most coins. Took me about a half-hour to do them all. UPDATE: A test print showed that nickels were rather snug and required some pushing, so I made the slot wider. I also deleted the Lid20s, since they wouldn't fit quarters.
