This is a 'Robinson' style Slotting Tool for use with a Lathe :-) Created on SolidWorks 2014 :-) The main body of the tool is a part Cast out of Cast Iron and the mold shapes for the casting are printed out on a 3D-Printer and then pressed in sand to create a mold for pouring in the molten iron.
