This was made to mount a small diaphragm condenser microphone to a Shure SM57 to mic a snare drum for recording. It's based off of Shure's own A26M mic mount and a few others on the market but printed. I used Hatchbox ABS and got a super strong part that I was pretty happy with, which was springy enough to mount mic's with, but still strong enough to take a hit if it takes a good tumble. This one is good for any condenser up to 20mm in diameter.
