Take a weak SMA Panel mount Connector and a machined Brass washer and an O-Ring and some solder and make a good IP67 class connector. The vendors seem to be lacking in anything that works in a panel thicker than a sheet of tin foil. May have to seal the center pin (socket) somehow.
