Small Arancini Press

Small Arancini Press

[Arancini](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arancini) are stuffed rice balls which are coated with bread crumbs and then deep fried. It's a Sicilian dish that my mother makes from time to time. She always made them by hand, but saw an Arancini press online wanted to order one. It couldn't be delivered for a few weeks, so I checked thingiverse and found one. Later she asked me for a smaller version - appetizer size - so I designed this one. The arancini you'll get are about 2" in diameter. You can also print this model smaller (85%) to get golfball-sized arancini. You can see an exploded view [here](https://youtu.be/5fd3U4hOi8k). I also have a full size version which is a remix of the original design I printed. I will upload it soon. I've included the Fusion 360 file I used to design it so you can make tweaks easily. **NOTE**: Be sure to make these in a way that is food-safe. This can be done, for example, by printing them and coating them with a food-safe coating.
