I have studied many videos on how to make a bottle using twist top enclousure. Most people used Fusion 360 to design such bottle. I attempted to design the bottle in DesignSpark Mechanical. It works. DSM has similar function as Coil Tool of Fusion 360. We can use Pull Tool > Revolve > Revolve Helix and obtain the same result. We can apply the same parameters(Height and Pitch) on the cap and the body. If you would like to design from scratch, you may use the following parameters. Body Outer diameter : 50mm Height : 50mm Thickness : 2mm Cap Outer diameter : 56.4mm Height ; 20mm Thickness : 2mm Thread (apply to the outer surface of the body and inner surface of the cap) Section circle diameter : 2mm Length : -15mm Pitch : 8mm
