I'm Rebuilding My Electronic Key at Home. This is the Second Time I've Used 3D Printing for a Project. Materials Needed: * PLA (a type of plastic used in 3D printing) Settings Used: * Layer Height: Very Thin Layers, Only 0.15 Millimeters Each * Number of Print Jobs: Three Separate Jobs to Get it Right Parts and Patterns Used: Bottom Section The First Half Inch of the Key, From 0 To 0.5 MM in Thickness, Has a Concentric Fill Pattern - It's Made Up Of Many Circles. Middle Section From the Middle Section's First Layer at 0.5 Millimeters to Its Top at 4.5 Millimeters, We're Using a Rectilinear Fill Pattern, Perfect For Stability. Top Section Finally, The Last Inch and A Half, From 4.5 MM To The Key's Final 6.6 MM Thickness Has Another Concentric Pattern - Circles Again, Because Who Doesn't Love Symmetry?
