Just as in the title up there, Low file size with good and well defined UVs. Useful in garden terrain or in wildlife forest scene. It's having furniture, bed, table and chair, table lamp, wardrobe, refrigerator, and the wooden beams that make up the cottage. The clothe simulation for the bed is converted to a shape key for easy workflow. If you download the ,blend Fz file, it has the textures in it already.
