Attempt at making a small, printable quadcopter frame. The center plate and arms are printed separately so they can be replaced as needed. The assembly is held together by nylon bolts that go through pockets in the base which hold the individual arms. The bolts I chose were long enough to also double as landing gear legs. In order to stiffen up the arms I added braces from the bolts to the center of the four arms, to be attached there with zip-ties. The hole pattern on the arms fits the motor mounts included with HobbyKing 18-11 2000kv Micro Brushless Outrunners. The holes on the base plate are spaced to mount a 2" x 2" perf board on which my (home brew) electronics are based. The electronics and motors are currently still mounted on a different frame, I have to yet fully assemble and test this frame. Indiviual STLs for the major components are provided. EDIT: Added photo of the completed setup - cable management may require some work.
