Small Parts Repair Box

<p>I created a "Small Parts Repair Box" to contain parts during repair.</p> <p>I kept losing or knocking over stuff and having to spend hours looking for things on the floor.</p> <p>The holder consists of 16 chambers 24.5mm square.</p> <p>The entire holder is 100mmX 100mm.</p> <p>Each chamber is chamfered to make the parts go into the centre for easier removal</p> <p>I extruded cavities underneath to install 8mm round magnets for magnetic parts.</p> <p>If You feel like it I have included 8mm plugs to seal the magnets in if needed.</p> <p>Works really well.</p> <h3>Print Settings</h3> <p><strong>Printer Brand:</strong></p> <p>Creality</p> <p class="detail-setting printer"><strong>Printer: </strong> <div><p>Ender 3</p></div> <p><strong>Rafts:</strong></p> <p>No</p> <p class="detail-setting supports"><strong>Supports: </strong> <div><p>No</p></div> <p><strong>Resolution:</strong></p> <p>200</p> <p class="detail-setting infill"><strong>Infill: </strong> <div><p>10-20%</p></div> <p><strong>Filament:</strong> PolyMaker PLA Does Not Matter</p> <p><br/> <p class="detail-setting notes"><strong>Notes: </strong></p> </p><div><p>Filament colour does not matter, but I suggest lighter colours so parts are easier to see.</p></div> </p></p></p> Category: Tools
