Parametric *.FCStd FreeCAD file included for custom modifications. On photos You have 3mm deep tray version. With 6 cards its only 16,5mm thick 85.6mm lenght and 54.0mm width. For assembly You need to fold rubber band in two and glue it in the deep pocket in rubber_band_cover. Then glue rubber_band_cover and tray_cover together. Enjoy.
