Small stackable storage boxes

I have these 6 tall Stables brand storage drawers and needed some little bins to store all my small hardware (screws, nuts, washers, heat set inserts and more) so I designed these. OriginallY I choose 50mm x 50mm x 35mm but I could only fit 4 across the drawer, it was extremely close to fitting 5 across so I reduced the size X&Y by 2% so now they are around 49mm x 49mm x 35mm.

I designed a 1x1 unit and also a 1x2 unit (and they will stack either way) I also designed a single divider (to go from corner to corner) and an X shaped divider as well.

I then designed a little glue in label holder (if you want to use) and it's slightly sticky as to remain stackable it must go at least 2mm inside. I put some super glue on one, placed in just shy of the top and and laying on it's side, then I took another box and push it in (stack it but on it's side) this makes sure the label holder is in a perfect amount to still allow stacking. It's just wide enough for the common ¼" wide Dymo type labels to be added to it.

The way I designed the bottom of the box there should be no need for support even though there is an overhang (it's at a gradual angle).

Enjoy!
