EDITED NOTE (Oct.11, 2019): I have added two more files ending in "V1a". I took 1mm off of the thickness of the bottom of the box AND I lowered all of the insets on the lid by 1mm. This will reduce the print time and filament needed and seem to be OK for the structure of the box and lid. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I wanted a small sized custom storage box for small items like screws, nuts, washers and other small items so I designed this one. I know that there are plenty of cheap plastic ones I could buy but I wanted to be able to print custom size storage boxes (any color I wanted) and even make others of various sizes to fit my items and my needs. This storage box is secure and the items will not move from one bin to another as you are carrying this one, even upside down. The latches are also secure and won't pop off easily. I used one 2mm X 150mm stainless steel rod (that I found on Amazon) for the back hinge. I cut a rod into two 40mm lengths with a Dremel cutting wheel for the front latch hinge parts. The holes for the rods are CLOSED on one end and secured with a M3x5mm screw on the other end once the rods are inserted. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B071JH9N93/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 The box dimensions are 181.5mm (7 1/8") length, 146.1mm (5 3/4") width, 27mm (1 1/16") deep. Most of the bins are approximately 32-35mm square. The bins near the hinge are approximately (50mm, 45mm, 40mm, 35mm) by 30mm. If it is of use to anyone else, that is a bonus. Oh yes, I printed this one in eSUN PLA+ at .2 layer height and the ONLY SUPPORTS NEEDED is on the box latch area. The nozzle size was .4 and the line width was .45, with the wall widths being either 1.8mm or 2.7mm NOTE: I should have mentioned that I set my "Bottom Solid Layers" to 999 in Simplify3D so that it never got to any infill. I used Fusion 360 to design this so I added an .f3d file for downloading.
