Modifications: - Gaps between hinges and divider notches - I make sure my models have 0.4mm gaps between flush surfaces for perfect fit by specifying 0.4mm external perimeters in slic3r. - Bevel between hinges - I add bevels to prevent the curve of the hinge from catching on the sharp edge of the box, which can happen when printing with 0.2mm layers. - Flattened hole roofs - This makes clean hole printing more reliable and less likely to need post-shaping with a drill bit. - Beveled interior - I bevel the interior to make it easier to get the last few parts out. - Beveled and ribbed roof - I add ribs to stop things from escaping their compartment, and bevel the roof for better fit. - Lock receiver changed to be less breakable and more printable. PLA, 0.8mm walls/top/bottom, 20% triangular infill, supports on (they should only generate under the latch receiver). - Note: The lid has a strange tendency to curve up at the corners next to the lock, despite my addition of ribs. This seems to be evident on the original too. If it's problematic I'd suggest temporarily putting a 2mm prop under the lid beneath the latch, and heatgun heating the front edge till the corners droop a little. - Updated to recently changed license and username from original thing.
