My very cheap targus tripod appeared to have a smaller quick release bracket than the more expensive ones. Also I couldn't print the original thing that I remixed here without support because there was a small rise in two sections of the bottom. So I added a flat bottom to avoid using supports. This print fits this tripod http://www.camerachums.com/Targus-TG-5060TR-Tripod/p-427326?refid=Google I'm not sure how standard the tripod quick releases are.
