This design features two endcaps and a bolt foot for a small clamp/vise. It can also operate as a press provided the material its made from is strong enough to withstand the force. Use with 2 or 4 1/4" bolts to secure the outsides, and single 1/4" bolt to provide a clamping force in the center + section. Secure the foot on the end of the bolt to provide even clamping force.
