I envisioned a distinctive, non-rectangular door reader to break monotony. The mounting plate, crafted from high-resistance plastic, secures to the wall via screws and features two guides. Two additional guides are affixed to the housing. The housing and mounting plate are bonded together by a single bottom screw. To facilitate visualization, I've included working files in a 2016 Solidworks archive. Keyshot 6 was employed for renderings.
