Smart LCD mount for Kossel 2020 with USB connector

<p>I modified Rambozo's LCD mount (<a href="https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:846900">http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:846900</a>) to include enough room for a USB extension cable. This way the SD card is on the left of the LCD mount, and USB connector is on the right in case I want to directly hook up a laptop.</p> <p>Snaps onto the LCD and into the 2020 frame.
