I created diffusers using clear PETG with four layers at 0.2 mm thickness, achieving a nice translucent effect. Next, I plan to attach the corners using hot glue. Additionally, I've shared the Fusion360 file for reference. Slicing notes: I observed that S3d interprets the 0.8 mm model as 1.2 mm, so I scaled down the Z-axis until I reached the desired build height of 0.8 mm. Also, scaling up to 101% in X and Y axes resulted in a better fit for my printer, although 100% is still fully functional.
