Smart Parcel Delivery System Design

This is an entry for The Cleveron Parcel Delivery System Challenge by Valerie Yi Mei. All details of the design are found in the PDF file. -- Updates: The main objective of my design is an ASSISTIVE system to retrieve an oversized parcel safety without damaging it. I understand that there will always be people who will deliberately squeeze in an oversized parcel into a drawer but they will expect the parcel to be in a good shape when retrieving it. The vertical displacing system is to allow any stucked parcel to be taken out without pulling the drawer forcefully (and thus not applying any force on the parcel). It is safe for any parcel (ESPECIALLY fragile items), user-friendly (can be used with one hand) and saves a lot of time trying to retrieve an oversized parcel.
