I wanted something new that was not out there so i made it in f360 for Flsun Q5 My effector is 123gr without the ballskrews for the rods but carries copper heatsink and copper heatblock so lots of weight there. The stock is ca204gr... lotts more of airflow than stock. How to print: Effector walls 2,4mm, infill 18%, Gyroid conekted, innerwalls first, nozzle 0,4 Supports standard (Not Three) sett angle 86 and 20% setting ewerywhere so only the inner ring around heatsink get support. for me it just pops off when finished. Biggnut upsidedown solid. Nut3x make 3 copies that are solid and print upsidedown Fandukt (important) place two custom supports in middle of the outer slopes. (need 0.4 nozzle) no other supports needed. (overal no raft or brim needed) i printed with petg. Effektors: Effector Smar. v1.1 light Funktional I have happily printing a lots off rolls with this one and i do not se any problems this far Be really careful when inserting the Threads. Effektor Dragon use the dual fandukt. i have not tested this one but if i gett feedbak i will uppgrad. Fandukts: V.1.3 adjusted correkted and a tad downblow giwes good prints. can be better Fandukt Dragon. i have not tested but required on the dragon effektor and compatible with the smart. feedback needed. parts needed ¤ PetG or better ¤ Thread inserts 4x 2mm 6x 3mm ¤ Nf smart heatsink/heatbreak (i used copper i think aluminium will be better in this one and less weight) ¤ Ceramik heatblock "smal round". Optional stock sqare from Q5 but that needs the 2 nozzle fandukt. 1x 3010 fan bb. 2x 3010 blowers bb. 4x 2,5mm skrews for fan. 4x 2mm skrews for fandukt. something to connekt the wires with. a strapp around the big nut to hold cables. may be a holder in future that is bolted to fan. i print curently fine with the current Smart and this will be hold in Work in preogress state untill i am 110% satisfyed with both the Dragon and Nf effectors :)
