I've designed this for my Samsung Galaxy J5 2017 (5,2 inch) phone, and my 1,32 inch (33,5 mm) diameter ocular lens. You'll need to glue some anti skidding rubber sheed on the inner sides to avoid the displacement and scretches on the eyepiece. I've designed it with 123D Design and printed it with PLA (but the material is nearly doesn't matter)
