Smartphone mount for tripods using a 1/4" screw. See my tripod project for a matching desktop tripod! There is a newer, customizable version of this thing here. This project provides ready-to-use holders for Samsung Galaxy S6 and for iPhone 6 and 7. Holder-S6 - fits the Samsung Galaxy S6 Holder-iPhone 7 - fits the iPhone 6 and 7 Others can be constructed by scaling the generic frames: Holder-Generic - for smartphones that have the camera in the upper middle. Holder-iPhone-Generic - for smartphones that have the camera in the upper left corner when looking at the phone from the back TripodMount - the nut that takes the tripod screw How-to fit these generic models to your phone: Scale the generic holder to the size of your phone, +4mm per dimension then add the tripod mount to it.
