This mount allows the Samsung Galaxy S6 in a Tech21 protector sleeve to attach to a common tripod. You'll need to tap a 1/4"-20 to the bottom to finish this. A 1/4" drill was used to clean out the hole for the pivot mount. Some sandpaper was used to make everything fit perfectly. The two parts were printed out separately. The clip was printed on its back, so the largest part is touching the bed and the base was printed in its normal orientation with the base down and the fingers of the hinge pointing up. BOM: 1- 1/4"-20 plastic knob (Lowes 139701) 1- 1/4"x 1.5" Carriage Bolt (Lowes 63333) 1- 1/4" flat washer Future Improvement: I'd like to have been able to embed a 1/4" nut in the base to avoid tapping the hole and to make a stronger mount but was unable to stop and restart my printer to insert the nut. If someone can point me to how to do this I will update this part. Thanks for watching. This thing was made with Tinkercad. Edit it online https://www.tinkercad.com/things/0lEPCx4XLuX Print Settings Printer: DMS DP5 Rafts: No Supports: No Infill: 90 Post-Printing Sanding was required to make everything fit perfectly.
