It is 3D printable, you need to use M3x30 screws and 2 M3 washers , and a piece of strong double sided tape to make the pads really sticky.You can connect together as many modules as you want. You need M3 taper to make threads in sticky pads (recommend to print these from ABS). Recommend printing parameters : layer height: 0.25mm , nozzle diameter 0.4mm , infill 15 % .
