I was watching today's Ozzy Man video on YouTube about porch pirates stealing packages. There are a lot of dummy camera models but I couldn't find a sign here that said you're on camera so figured this would be a good first build. I've included on sign with raised letters, one with cut out letters and then another of just the letters (for multi colour prints). I've printed them all on my Prusa i3 Mk3s+ with a .2 layer height and 10% infill. HOPEFULLY with clear signage (maybe print one at eye level and another at parcel level?) this can help some people protect their parcels as well as maybe even your property same way a security sign would? 15 years ago I was a professional CAD operator and this is only my second time using Fusion 360. Hope this helps! I do suggest PETG or other material other than PLA as PLA will deteriorate quickly in the sun. If you still want to use PLA I suggest you spray it with a uv protective clear coat or a solid pain colour to extend its life! I use Rust-oleum Painters Touch Ultra Cover Clear coat spray paint. *for the stand alone letters if your going to put them in the recessed version or cut out letter version scale to desired height (that is the Y value). *After printing the first version with raised letters I realized it would look a lot better with rounded edges so I've updated it. I've kept the original in case you want to set the signs within something like a plaque I've printed 3 of these and found no flaws as of yet. I'd love to get every ones feedback and see your prints!
