Derived from my hinged box with latch, I remixed it a bit and sized it for a 20 pack of death. Instructions This print is a real pain so good luck with it. It covers a pretty large area so make sure your bed is super level. My design creates a pretty large bride on the part the retains the smokes in the box, if you have good print settings then you won't see any droops or strings whatsoever. The hinge is plenty loose. I promise this hinge will not print fused. It will swing freely as soon as you pull it off the bed. Push in on the wall with the latch to open and close it easier. I use the Makerware Standard print setting on a Rep2.
