SN-04 & PL-08N E3D mount for Isaac Fank's Aluminium Modular X Carriage.

I had originally designed a sensor holder for the back of Isaac's X carriage, however it was too far from the hotend, and really ineffective. This part replaces the front clamp on the E3D hotend mount to add a holder off the right side of the printer. It is designed with enough clearance to go around this part cooler: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2469775 Be sure to print the left hand version, not the right hand version. Print it upside down with supports touching the build plate. Use PLA, PETG, ABS, whatever. It's far enough from the hotend it should not be an issue. I printed it with 40% infill. The centre of the probe will be +44 on the X axis, and -10 on the Y axis for the probe offset in marlin. It could be closer, but again, I was making clearance for the part cooler. I may upload a version that is 15mm closer to the hotend on the X axis, if requested.
