Queensland Railways ( QR ) ALJ Class 4 Wheeled Louvred Goods Wagon. As per QR Rolling Stock Handbook dimensions. For: 1:64, S Scale on HO / 16.5mm track. What it is: A low detail 4 wheel wagon (Not up to the quality of a modern ready to run wagon, this is a kit!) Additional Parts Needed: 4 x 2mm "Top Hat" Bearings - 00 Gauge Romford Pin-Point Brass Bearings, Shouldered Type DW22 (Got my last lot from https://dundasmodels.co.uk/ ) 2mm Drill to gently clean out the axle holes Hornby 12.6mm wheels 0.5mm drill and brass wire for hand brake and grab irons on the doors Couplers of choice (Three link / hook, Kadee or Sprat & Winkle) Fill a Gap Super Glue Sand paper, 180 or 220 grit No buffers or underside detailed supplied. Use white metal wagon buffers. Tea filter bag or scale corrugated iron for covering the roof Notes: This print has inside brace to help set up the walls square that go under the roof and on top of the chassis floor Sand all edges before gluing Sand roof to help remove layering marks The short walls go on the inside No supports should be required for this print (May be needed for the roof) The final product will depend on the quality of the printer and how you have your settings under control. I recommend using a 0.3mm Nozzle for better detail and 0.1 or 0.08mm layering Supplied as is, no support and no promises
