SN95 Ford Mustang cold air intake

Cold air intake for my 4.6 mustang gt. This should work on the older 5.0s as well, I’m not certain tho. The large elbow is meant to be plastic welded together with acetone. This is an abs part only. Pla will not work for this application. The 90mm pipe is meant to go into the fender well with the filter. The vacuum lines are meant to be acetone welded to the pipe as well. I will update later with the holes in the pipe in the correct positions but for now you can drill them out. 3.5mm thick all the way around. Print solid. I use 0.38mm line width and 3.8mm walls. This returns a solid part on these pieces with 3.5mm walls. extra parts needed: 97mm or similar silicone coupling and worm clamps 4" worm clamps 85mm silicone clamp or similar and worm clamps. 4" worm clamps I have been running this setup for over a week as of 3/27/19 with no issues whatsoever. I did use some window flashing/foil tape on the underside of the pipe sections that are directly over the exhaust manifold but that might not be necessary. update: added a 2nd 78mm elbow with a different angle Update: maf plate corrected.
