This is a robot prototype I have designed for a semester project. It is intended to be used as a robotic laryngoscope.The robot is made of two main assemblies: the body of the robot and the base control assembly. The robot uses a system of cables and springs to control the movement of the snake segment. Four motors are pulling and releasing the cables to obtain the movement. At the end of the snake assembly there is a camera with LED lights.
