more here: http://makespeare.org Does the world actually need another Prusa clone? - Well, we will see. I started this project about a year ago, as i decided to design "my own" 3d Printer from scratch. As you can see, not actually from scratch, but with a lot remixed prusa parts and some slightly changed parts from this guys here: MakeFr. My design goals were: - a "more metal" design without to much printed corner brackets. - a geared direct drive extruder, i decided to use a tevo titan aero from aliexpress - increased stiffness compared to the original prusa - cheap but beefy aluminum extrusions from Motedis I haven't built it yet, because at the moment my CR-10 does the job quite well and i'm focussing more on designing a Delta Printer - so i decided to publish the step file here. The Design is finished, except for the Z endstop holder and the electronics box.
