Snap on 3D printed wheels & axels for model car

These are snap on axel and wheel elements to build a car for The NERdy DERby - www.nerdyderby.com - Using this model you can 3D print on MakerBot moving parts of your derby car and use any materials of your choosing for the body of the car. Have fun with it :) Instructions The model that you see is the end stl file that you have to print. It comes with just a set of two wheels. For a full car wheel set - set of four- you have to print the same model twice. The settings in the Makerbot is pretty straight forward. You don't need to use any exterior support - I've only used rafting for this print. Once you have the pieces printed, all you have to do is to slide the wheel in the axel and stable it using the small end piece. It works like LEGO :) I have put step by step photos as well. The system has already have 2 holes for screws if you want to attach it underneath a hard material. Turn anything to a NerdyDerby car!!!
