Snap-on Dial Indicator Holder - with Lug

thingiverse

This is a derivative of whpthomas' Snap-on Dial Indicator Holder. I made it so that I can mount my Dial Indicator which has a lug on the back. Instructions Print the part (Settings I used: 2 shells, 0.250 layer height, 25% infil). Locate a 1/2" bolt and nut. Use the nut to tap the lug hole on the part by screwing it in and backing it out a few times. It is a tight fit. Remove the bolt from the part, place the dial indicator in the part and then screw the bolt back into the part making sure it goes through the lug on the dial indicator. Screw the nut on. It can now be snapped on to the extruder.
