The Jansjo is incredibly convenient for filming, but it's often too scorching to handle; the diffuser significantly cools it down. A picture taken with two lamps is an early unpublished version. Measurements across different versions and colors of the Jansjo vary greatly - newer black ones I have tend to fit a bit loosely, while a much older white one fits perfectly.
