Assemble this 40mm x 40mm case for an i86L or i86 board, which features a weight of 8 grams with 10% infill and 2 shells (PLA). For optimal stability, consider using hot glue to secure the case parts. To reduce vibrations during flight, attach double-sided tape beneath the board. Originally designed in Autodesk Inventor 2013, the files are available for modification and use. A recent update lowered the bottom clip on part 3, which may require sanding for a proper fit, and the case also accommodates an Eagle n6 control board.
